Work with the Business Analyst and Project Management roles helping to determine the amount of effort required to perform data analysis and produce the required deliverables. Identifying the possible source systems that may be used to fulfill the specified data requirements. Define and validate the appropriate input file/extract, based on data requirements. This may include defining file specifications for the source system, if a source file does not already exist. Recommends/suggests load strategy, based on characteristics of data. Additionally, provides an estimate of the data availability and size. |
