Siebel Analytics Admin to assist the team lead with multi-dimensional reporting. Person Will play an integral role in the growth of Siebel Analytics team, with focus on business modeling, dashboard cleanup and ETL development, as well as demonstrating competency with Siebel Analytics to the clients. Siebel Analytics, v7.8 certification preferred. Person will handle installation of the Siebel Analytics environment; performance tuning of Siebel Analytics; troubleshoot the operational Analytics environment and work with technicians to implement fixes without user outages. Production environment support situation experience is critical. Candidates must be able to do an initial crash dump analysis and restore Siebel Analytics services and write basic shell scripts to do Analytics maintenance. Understanding of Siebel architecture including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Siebel Server, Web Server, and Database Server. Experience with Siebel EAI and/or Siebel data interfaces preferred. It is a long term position. Start ASAP. |
